Over the last 6+ years I have worked with moms from all walks of life. You name it and I most likely have encapsulated for a mom in that career, profession, and demographic. This actually surprised me initially. I thought since placenta encapsulation was a bit on the "crunchy" side I would be working with more moms that may label themselves in that way, but boy was I wrong.
I quickly put my assumptions aside and was amazed as moms with thriving corporate careers, teenage moms, military moms, LGBT moms, stay at home moms, surrogate moms, mainstream moms, and those from all different types of backgrounds embraced what their placentas could do from them during their postpartum period, and have contacted me to prepare their placentas for them.
No matter their background, and whether it is their first baby or their 5th+ baby I am always honored to be asked to work with each and every mom. I love hearing their stories, getting to hear the reason they are deciding to take advantage of this birth option, and seeing their sweet bundles of joy that made it all possible. The PlacentaMom family has grown over the years, but with each new client I am excited to get to know another mom and be a witness to her own amazing journey.
What type of mom encapsulates their placenta? The answer is simple..Moms. We are all different and the same, wrapped up into one, and that is what makes it all so magical.
Placenta encapsulation is for all moms.
